Mike advocates as well as brings awareness to the conversions that exist concerning, DEI, Juvenile Justice, and fatherhood. He works in these areas to level the playing field for the most vulnerable populations who may not have the tools or access to push down divisive walls on their own.

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, "Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that.”
